Daniel was really thorough with the survey and after I had a little wobble about the report he took the time to speak with me and go through the report together, which really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

In my experience I have found Daniel to be an exceptional surveyor. In addition to providing a detailed and thorough survey report he is extremely patient. It can be very difficult for a lay person such as myself to understand the implications of urgent issues raised in a survey report. In my case this led to an anxious response provoking many many questions! Daniel spent
an inordinate amount of time answering my numerous questions. He was never patronising, always providing possible solutions to issues raised in the report in a calm and reasoned manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Daniel.

I asked for an RICS survey to send to settle the help to buy loan on my property.

My initial query was answered immediately, the quote for this survey was cheaper than any other quote I received.

They also squeezed the survey to be completed the next day and I received the survey results later that afternoon!

I will definitely be recommending Daniel! Great service.
